DJR developed 1.1 acres of raw infill land into a planned residential development for six single family homes, obtaining unanimous city and agency approvals of the Tentative Map, approved within four months of acquisition.  Upon sale of DJR’s development, the buyer (a local builder) also retained DJR to manage the Final Engineering and process the Final Map under a project management contract before building out DJR’s design.
